Clubhouse & Facility Rental Instructions (Members Only)

Nyack Boat Club members may rent the clubhouse and facilities for private events, subject to availability and Board approval. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Check the Club Calendar Before planning your event, review the Nyack Boat Club calendar to confirm that the date and time you are requesting are available and do not conflict with scheduled club activities.

  2. Complete the Rental Form Download and fill out the official Clubhouse Rental PDF form with all required event details including date, time, expected attendance, and contact information.

  3. Submit Your Request Email the completed form to the Rear Commodore of Programs at rentals@nyackboatclub.org for review and initial processing.

  4. Fees and Deposits
    $500 refundable security deposit (returned after the event if the facility is left in good condition)
    $250 rental fee
    Insurance RequirementCertificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 liability coverage must be provided listing Nyack Boat Club as additionally insured for the date of the event.

  5. Capacity Limit Events are limited to a maximum of 80 people.

  6. Board Approval All rental requests must be reviewed and approved by a vote of the Board of Governors before the reservation becomes final.

Early submission is recommended to allow time for Board review and event coordination.
